At Soolra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Soolra gaming case for iPhone, you may request a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
• Eligibility: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• Non-Returnable Items: Items that are damaged, missing components, show signs of use, or have been altered in any way cannot be refunded.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Exchanges: If you need a replacement for a defective item, contact us, and we will arrange for a replacement.
